I just listened to the last class you did on the "Awakening of Heart" I wanted to let you know I really found the class very helpful on my journeying through self- discovery.
This exercise really helped me relate to compassion more and reminded me to always make conscious decisions and be the best that I can be. I loved all the information you gave us on the anatomy of the compassionate heart and intellectual teachings on why this is so important. I just finished the listening of the class and I am much more aware of the motion and speed my heart is working at.
One of the things you said I think in response to a question about top and bottom heart that really stuck with me was some people that relate to top heart energy may feel they have more of an allegiance to serve the Divine and people that relate towards bottom heart seem to be more grounded. The thing that I got you said was that you need to serve yourself as you serve others and their needs to be a balance with self. For myself, I will be working on Trying to bring the balance of top and bottom heart and integrate both so I can resonate the energy out of heart, just as you said.
